The beauty of our dry range is that you can still customise should you wish too and the price point is great. Our falafel mix is perfect as is but adding some fresh parsley or coriander takes it to the next level of freshness and pop. Falafel can also be frozen after forming them uncooked. They cook from frozen in a deep fryer in 4 minutes and come out beautifully.

Chunky Frozen Plant Based Burgers
Incredible flavour, firm texture, cook from frozen or thawed. This is a patty for those looking for something that is not a true meat replacement but still feels like a burger not a veg patty. Feedback from people in the industry has been consistently positive.

Falafel Mix (Just add water)
Classic and Beetroot & Poppy
Mix 200ml boiling water per 110g of falafel mix. Form into discs and pan fry 3 mins each side or balls for deep frying. 1Kg of mix makes approximately 100 falafels with a diameter of about 2.5 cm. Customise with fresh herbs to take them to the next level.
Store in the fridge for up to 36 hours. Falafels can also be frozen and cooked in a deep fryer straight from the freezer.
Plant Based Mince Mix (Add water)
This mix works really well in saucy mince style applications like bolognese and cottage pie. As a burger it has a crisp outer and mild firmness. Just add boiling water.
